My name is Erik Pacheco, and I’ve been a dedicated realtor since 2020. Born and raised in New York, I moved to Florida in 2020 and immediately began my career in real estate. Over the years, my business has steadily grown, with a gradual increase in both sales volume and listings. Last year, I reached a milestone of $7 million in total sales, a reflection of my dedication, progress, and commitment to my clients.

My journey into real estate was inspired by my own experience as a seller. Selling my home was a stressful process, and that challenge motivated me to enter this field with a mission to provide others with the support and guidance I wish I had received.
